Qualification : Bsc Chemistry/ Msc Chemistry
Location : Navi Mumbai
Job Role :
Responsible for developing & implementing Quality Management Procedures & systemsContinuously monitor & review the compliance of internal functions with the established QA plan, guidelines and processes
Maintain GLP of Analytical & Instrumental laboratory
Maintain Sample retention and Shelf life study of Raw Material & Finished Products
Technical Interpretation and comparison of flavours and raw materials
Maintain and Improve evaluation procedures with accuracy for Organoleptic & taste evaluation through data analysis
Validation of Analytical instruments - performing, documenting and maintaining records
Maintenance for Gold standards for Products and other Reference standards
Performing and participating in Internal process audit
Vendor Validation program using Data analysis
Promptly responding to customer complaints and perform Root Cause analysis and follow through status of implementation on customer complaints and evaluate effectiveness
Quality check of incoming RM & Finished Products
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge of analytical methods (Mandatory)
Experience in handling GC (Optional)
Knowledge in sensory evaluation
Handling of vendor and client audits
Planning and Monitoring of In-process QC analysis
Reviewing all documents required as per regulatory requirements
Take any other responsibility with respect to expertization assigned
A key position in QC related to laboratory analysis and instrumentation. The incumbent will be required to perform analytical tasks of raw materials, finished products and other samples in a time bound manner. He /She will be responsible for the data control
