Tata Steel is seeking applications from interested candidates for the position of Assistant Engineer Trainee forProject, Manufacturing, Construction and Design verticals, on Contract Basis for a period of 2 years.

Minimum Education Qualification & Eligibility
1. Must have completed B.E. / B. Tech./ B.Sc. (Engg) in any of the above specified discipline only (Candidates with 0 years of experience post completing their engineering are also eligible to apply)
2. Must have attended Full time AICTE/UGC approved Campus Program.
3. Must have scored minimum of 6.5 (where the scoring pattern is CGPA) or 65% (where the scoring pattern is in percentage) in B.E. /B. Tech. / B.Sc. (Engg) Examination.
4. Must have scored minimum 75% in Class 10th/Matriculation
PWD (Orthopedically Disabled i.e. Partial disability in Lower limb or Upper limb) candidates are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit :
Should not be more than 30 yrs as on 31st December 2019. (Candidates born on or after 31st December 1989)
Emoluments during Training Period
1. During the contract, the AETs will be offered an all-inclusive Stipend as detailed: 1st year: Rs 28,000 per month and 2nd year: Rs 30,000 per month.
2. AET's will be covered under medi-claÃm scheme for self oniy (which includes hospitalization coverage of Rs 2,50,000/- per annum and OPD coverage of Rs 6,000/- per per annum
Other Guidelines
1. All selected candidate will undergo Background Verification as per company's standard,before their appointment.
2. No reimbursement related to the travel will be made to the candidates in this process.
3. Candidate who are found ineligible as per the laid down criteria at any stage of selection process will be immediately disqualified from further selection process.
4. Tata Steel employees on permanent roll are not eligible to appiy for this job opportunity.
