Education & Qualification Details
1. Full time M Sc (Organic Chemistry) with experience of 2-5 years in Chemical manufacturing site or plants .
2. Candidates from South Gujarat preferred.
Location : Vapi, Gujarat.
Job Description
WHAT YOU DO:
To handle Shift operations, planning of raw materials, manpower management & control overall plant operations in safe and compliant manner.
To plan, manage & control overall Processes of his shift to get desired quality & yield of products. Including safety, housekeeping & pollution Control
Process operating/monitoring on DCS & PLC, SAP, ISO Documentation.
Take initiatives for enhancing employees skills by training activities
Close coordination with internal stake holders
NOTE: This position is based at Bayer Vapi and requires the incumbent to work in shifts
