Location : Aurangabad
We are a leading Pharmaceutical into manufacturing of API and OSD.
We are currently hiring for AGM Production - OSD at Aurangabad
Education : Masters in Pharmacy
Experience : 17-22 yrs experience in production for Finished Dosages.
Monitoring all the activities and plan of production and packing to meet the requirement of Regulated Markets.
Ensure the Compliance to laid standards of the current Good Manufacturing Practices.
Co-ordination for Installation and Qualification of Production equipments.
Co-ordination with supply chain management for monthly planning and materials.
Monitoring and meeting the Production Plan.
Training and evaluation of the Production executives for their qualifications of specific task or to operate specific equipment of the Trainee technicians.
To review product instructions and to ensure their strict implementation.
Preparation and Review of Standard operating procedures, Master documents of Production and batch documents etc.
To co-ordinate for validation activities as per Master validation plan.
Investigation in case of any Process deviation, non-compliance, Market complaints, Product failure, Product recall and Out of specification.
To exercise effective control over the process variable affecting the quality of the product.
To evaluate and sign the production records before they are sent to the quality assurance department.
To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.
Monitoring and control of manpower utilization, yield, waste data and budget.
Required Candidate profile
Candidate having experience in manufacturing of OSD preferred.
