Jay Chemicals is in the process of expanding its facility by another 100000 sq.mtrs. exclusively dedicated to Pharma Intermediates and API.

Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
Successful day to day operation of the facility
Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while determining areas of improvement
Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible
Improve productivity at the plant
Coordinate the hiring & training of all manufacturing personnel
Monitor Operation expenses & research way to reduce costs while maintaining product quality
Work closely with the Environmental Health & Safety Manager to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace for our employees
Maintain & support a superior safety & Housekeeping Program, including all timely communication initiatives
Develop & Executive the plant manufacturing budgets
Analyze workforce requirements
Conduct performance appraisals & provide coaching & guidance to all operations employees
Encourage & promote operating in a continuous improvement environment
Remove Production constraints, allocate human & equipment's resources & direct production employees to attain all established goals
Remove waste & constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies & enhance productivity
Communication with R& D as well as Product Management Personnel to develop new product strategies
Any other work assigned by the management from time to time
