Job description
- Handling shift Production- Planning the jobs and allocation of manpower & contract labor in the shift.
- Planning of RM & Consumables for the shift
- Trouble shooting & execution of suggestions for process problems in shifts
- Coordinating with the Engineering functions in case of downtime/break down for restoring the production facility
- To optimize operating parameter for smooth operation of the plant for better quality
- To guide the team operating DCS panel and field operations
- Operation of the plant within Safety standards and procedures.
- Ensure PPE's are available and used in accordance with best safety practices
-To Identify and eliminate the Unsafe Acts/conditions in shift activities.
- Ensure work permit system is executed in the plant.
