1 Sr Officer - IPQA- QA - Thol
2 Sr. Officer- Process validation - QA - Thol
3 Executive -Documentation (Training) - QA - Thol
1. Sr Officer- IPQA- QA Department - Thol
Line clearance of Area and equipment at various stages.
In Process control during various stages of Manufacturing and packing of finished Product.
Monitoring of cGMP practices.
Review of Batch manufacturing and batch packing records , verification of status labels on equipment and containers.
Review of temperature , relative humidity & differential pressure records.
Sampling of in process bulk product , finished product and PV sample.
2 Sr. Officer- Process validation - QA - Thol
Prepare , execution & review of process / Optimization validation protocol and report .
Prepare , execution & review ,Equipment re qualification as per validation reschedule.,Utility qualification , visual qualification , HVAC Qualification.
To prepare and review of site master File & validation master plan.
3 Executive-Documentation (Training) - QA Department - Thol
To monitor training records of all employees as training coordinator
To plan and prepare , execution, and review of training records of all employees
To verify validation protocol and reports
To prepare and review of site master file.
To review and verify annual product review.
Required Candidate profile
