Job Description
Position:- Production Executive- Splitting
Department & Location:- Fatty Acid / Taloja, Navi Mumbai
Educational Qualification:- BE Chemical
Experience:- 3 to 5 years
Role Purpose
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of production lines in order to deliver as per S & OP Plans
Job Authority Approving of leave of up to Shift Incharge
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Requirement Thorough and Indepth knowledge of Distillation columns, exchangers, pumps, valves
Key Responsibilities
Production planning on day to day basis.
Maintaining daily stock of raw material, finish product and dispatch.
Co-ordination with marketing, sales, logistics, warehouse, purchase depts.
Manpower optimisation.
Capacity enhancement and energy consumption.
Daily monitoring utility consumption.
Presentation for weekly and monthly production report. Improvement of product quality and productivity.
Arrangement of RM and PM as per production planning.
Ensure compliance, Documentation & Co-ordination of ISO 9001 (QMS), 22000 (FSMS), 14000 (EMS), ISO 45001, GMP+
