We have following requirement for our Manufacturing Unit based at Nandesari, Baroda.
Job Description
1. PROCESS ENGINEER/OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE (Position-1)
Education & Experience : Candidate should be B.E. (Chemical Engineering) with 4 to 8 years of experience in Agrochemical / Chemical / Pharma Intermediates industries. Must have experience in Mass & Energy Balance, P& ID, Utility Sizing. Liner sizing, equipment sizing for Productivity, engineering Calculations, HAZOP study & Risk Assessment, Safety Management, Process Safety Management, optimization of cost of Plant, Production and overall productivity, Quality Improvement
2. SHIFT INCHARGE-PRODUCTION (Tech) (Position-3)
Education & Experience : Candidate should be B.E. (Chemical Engineering) with 4 years or M.Sc.(Chemistry) with 6 years of experience in Agrochemical/ Pesticides / Chemical Industries. Must have experience in to get targeted Production, Yield, Raw material consumption, Quality Process control, Safety, health & environment & Manpower handling.
3. EXECUTIVE MAINTENANCE(Position-3)
Education & Experience : Candidate should be Diploma/Degree (Mechanical Engineering) with minimum 5 years of experience in Agrochemical/ Pesticides/ Chemical Industries. Must have experience in Maintenance of agrochemical plant & Project Execution. Working knowledge in SAPPM Module.
4.PLANT OPERATOR/SUPERVISORS (Position-10)
Education & Experience : Candidate should be B.Sc. (Chemistry)/ Diploma in Chemical or AOCP with minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in Pharmaceutical /Agro chemicals/ API industries. Must have working knowledge of Chlorination process, Bromination process, ANF equipment, RVD equipment.
5. ETP OPERATOR / SUPERVISORS (Position 10)
Education & Experience : Candidate should be B.Sc. (Chemistry) or ITI (AOCP) with minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Pharmaceutical / Agro chemicals API industries. Must have Working knowledge of ETP Process, ETP plant operations.
6. OFFICER/EXECUTIVE -ELECTRICAL (Position-2)
Education & Experience : Candidate should be Diploma in Electrical with minimum 7 to 12 years of experience or B.E. Electrical with 3 to 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical / Agro Chemicals / API industries. Knowledge of Trouble shooting, Handling electrical team, Ensure safety. Health& environment as per guidelines, Perform operation activities as per SOP and Effluent Monitoring / Managing electrical Section.
