Job Description

Responsible for various unit operations like Hydrogenatior,Vacuum distillation, Crystallization, Drying, condensation.

Must have expertise withVarious Equipments like Centrifuge, Steam tray dryer,Vacuum tray dryer, sparkler filter, Basket filter, SS Reactor and Glass lined Reactor.

Supervise day to day production activities as per defined process parameters by regular conditional monitoring and assist to resolve the deviations like leakages, spillages & unsafe condition.

Achieve the plant production targets by monitoring process parameters, yield & quality during the shift.

Maintaingood housekeeping standards in the plant for smooth operations.

Monitor & control manpower during the shift.
