Job Description

Preparation of basic process Engineering documents Like, Process Block Diagram, Process Flow Diagram, P& ID, URS, etc

Utility calculation of new products

Mapping of new products.

Prepare equipment specification sheet for new equipments, process calculation.

GMP documentation for Engineering and production dept.

Understand the new products at Lab & Kilo lab scale for their scale up at plant scale.

Take demo and prepare report.

Co-ordination with Engineering dept. and production dept. for PE inputs

Cost saving programs for Engineering and production
