Job Description

Must have experience of batch processing in plant.

Maintaining batch records & all required documentation.

Planning & execution of production in field.

Must have worked in experience in the field of Pharma Intermediates, Agro Chemicals, Specialty & Fine chemicals.

Rich experience of plant operations, reactors, filtrations, drying, distillation, etc

Must have sound HSE knowledge

Able to achieve the shift production quantity and quality as per the plan.

To maintain process parameters as per SOP and record the deviations and raise the alarms in case of any abnormality.

Able to carry out operation in safe and environment friendly manner.

Able to execute the preventive / breakdown maintenance of the plant with the support of superiors and the service department.

To ensure & maintain documentations and records as per ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001
