B.Sc in Chemistry
MS/M.Sc(Science) in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry

Job Description

1. Production Officer API-Pharmaceutical 
2. Only Male candidate should Apply
3. Qualification for BSc/MSc- Organic chemistry or Industrial Drugs
4. No Of Experience: More than 1to 2Yrs
5. Should be from Daund Baramati Kurkumbh or ready to relocate Pune .
6. Strictly follow the time management as per company policy.
7. Strictly follow the company with other policies.
8. Follow the entry and exit procedures.
9. Handling of unit process and unit operation as per approved instruction.
10. Recording of batch Manufacturing records.
11. On job training to operators & Contract workers.
12 Follow the standard operating procedure.
13. Handover / receive the plant charge properly.
14. Immediatelyinform seniors if any deviation observed in the process.
15. Manpower handling.
16. Recording of usage logbook, equipment cleaning records.
17. Maintain plant activity as per GMP.
18. Safety training to contractworker & operators in shift & maintain safety in theplant.
19. Housekeeping in-plant technical area & pharma area.
20. Reviewing of BMR, ECR & reconciliation Record.
21. Reporting to Executive/Asst. Manager/Manager Production.
22. Any other responsibility recommended by HOD.
23. To Implement and perform the procedures as per the Integrated Management system (IMS) which conforms to the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and ISO 45001:2018 (OHSAS)
24. Be aware of IMS policy and its intention, and his/her role in fulfilling the requirements of the IMS policy, and the consequences of not fulfilling the requirement.
25.Comply to the PPE requirements and emergency preparedness requirements of the work being performed.
