Required Qualifications
• Degree Chemical Engineer / Oil and Fat
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• MS-office, MS-Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in hydrogenation/Prilling operation.
• Experience in chemical process plant.

Position Purpose & Summary
This position provide support to production manager for safely executing shift operations as per given plan. Focus on process optimization/ continuous improvement. Proper utilization of resources to achieve results on time.
Principal Accountabilities
• Enforce safety procedures for operators and develop safety culture in shift to achieve ZERO HARM. 40%
• Manage and motivate production staffs to deliver exceptional work.
• Work with production teams to ensure cost-effective, high quality and timely delivery of products
• Provide job training to workers to meet production goals
• Provide job training to workers to meet production goals
• Maintain & operate plant as per GMP+ requirements. 20%
• Achieve production targets as per plan
• Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Attend team meetings to discuss about production status and ongoing problems. 20%
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
• Check and maintain Process chemical / packaging stock as per plan.
