Role purpose:
Achieve production of targets as per plan taking into consideration compliance to EHS norms and identify scope of improvement
Responsibilities:
Achieve production as per plan
Comply with documentation and reporting standards
Improve and sustain GHK (5S)
Achieve 'right first time' quality as per specifications
Adhere to Company | Business | Function | Department policies and SOPs
Ensure usage of RM and utilities as per budgeted norms
Conduct training programs for safety and productivity
