Job Responsibilities:

Accountable of the lines rates (Overall Efficiency Equipment ratios). He has to manage production machinery and the processes with the aim to obtain high quality goods. The focus should be to optimize: Cost,Quality,Efficiency, & Safety for the employees, equipment & environment aspects.

Controls and measures, continuously, the deviations compared to these standards. He explains these variations, proposes and implements the corrective actions necessary to return to the standards.

Constantly concerned to improve equipment's output. For such he closely monitors the OEE ratio and adjusts the 3 following parameters,rates, up-times, yields to improve plant productivity.

Contributes actively to all possibilities of reduction of the operating expenses.

Permanently, and above all, on a daily base, he analyses the results of the production and comments them.

~Knowledge of different approaches to problem-solving (Lean, Kaizen, SPC, Experimental Design, FMEA etc.)
