Job Description
Designation : Asst. Manager Production
Qualification : B.E.Chemical
Experience : Minimum 5 years
Work Location: Ahmedabad
Managing production in accordance with company targets/ goals
Plan and manage production (Master Production Schedule) and get it approved by department Manager / head
Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives at each stage of production
Ensure optimum utilization of resources, quality
standards, Control in yield, RM consumption
Proactively suggest enhancements/ and coordinate for maintenance for production infrastructure
Generate requirement and BOM for procurement of raw and packing materials
Schedule dispatch activities and coordinate with logistics team
Keeping track of physical stoke of RM, FG and PM
Managing shifts of workers and schedule their duties
Troubleshooting of quality issues and take corrective actions to satisfy client needs
Managing customer complaints and take corrective actions
Monitor & control in effluent stream find out root cause & take necessary corrective action
Coordinate with other dept. like ETP, Lab, Maintenance Department
Investigate problems related to product, RM & in process
Managing the shift if required in absence of shift in charge
