Requirement: PSM Implementation Specialist
Education: B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Industry Experience: Pharma/Chemical/ Speciality Chemicals/ Continuous Processing Plants
Experience: Minimum 12yrs to 15 yrs
Budget: 18Lakhs Per annum
Location: Near Bharuch (Gujarat)

Roles & Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to plant personnel in implementing elements of Process safety management system
* Develop, review and roll out the PSM procedures at site.
* Conduct training programs on Process safety elements to various plant personnel.
* Work with plant team to provide clarification/ Handholding in rollout of new system/ Procedure with respect to Process safety.
* Provide safety technical assistance to the site senior management team in critical decision making process.
* Should play a role as Coach, Mentor, trainer & auditor as & when required and ability to work across all levels of the employees including top management of the plant.
