• PAN Card & Aadhar Card (Compulsory), Latest colour passport photograph (03 nos.) with white Background , Academic Certificates and Marksheet (SSC to Highest), Birth proof (Copy of SSC Marksheet, School Leaving Certificates)
• Technician (ITI) Certificate.
• Appointment letters with salary break up of present organisations.
• Relieving letters and Experience certificates of all previous organisations.
• Last 03 Month Salary Slips.
