2.Openings for Accounts Department (B.Com Freshers)


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Miscellaneous invoices entries and Validation along with purchase order tagging for the purchase bills, verification of purchase order rates, GST number, GST rates and others.
  2. Expenses voucher entries.
  3. Raw materials, packing materials updates and documentation
  4. General and service vouchers documentation.
  5. Export invoice checking and documentation.
  6. Advance payment request and follow up.
  7. Documentation of all the duplicate invoices.
  8. Preparation of bank payment vouchers and cash payment vouchers
  9. Visit to bank for withdrawal and deposit.
  10. Transporters bills booking.

3.Openings for Electrician – Maintenance Department


Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Knowledge of CGMP maintenance procedures.
  2. Hands on experience of pharma machinery maintenance (solid and liquid orals), engineering aspects, spares and tools..
  3. Understanding and following equipment maintenance SOPs.
  4. Carrying out preventive maintenance activities of machines as per schedule and checklist.
  5. Installation and repairs of electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery, equipment & facility, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment.
  6. Operations and maintenance of transformers and HT breakers.
  7. Operations and maintenance of DG and LT breakers.
  8. Troubleshooting equipment electrical faults.
  9. Attending to breakdown of machineries and their rectification as per CGMP norms.
  10. Raising request for necessary electrical spares and tools for machineries.
  11. Following preventative maintenance program for equipment & facility.
  12. Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
  13. Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures and appliances like lights, fans, refrigerators, pest smashers, LAN, intercom, internet cabling etc.
  14. Maintaining a clean, organized and safety of maintenance shop, facility, and engineering stores.
  15. Communication and co ordination in utility (HVAC, compressor, boiler and water plant) maintenance activities.
  16. Filling and Maintaining work logs, spares log, breakdown records or any other quantitative records for machineries/spares implemented in department based on improvement procedures.
  17. Render assistance and manage contractors/ external vendor roles for electrical duties(AMC)
  18. Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  19. To check and maintain critical spares and their stock inventory, and regular follow up for spare with Executive.
  20. Spares receipt from stores, indent and other inter department document movements for signatures
