Objective:
- To provide process safety support for reserach labs at Innovation campus, Navi Mumbai
Main Tasks:
- Performing Calorimetric experiments to qualify energy data. For example - DSC, ARSST, ARC, HF cal
- Providing process safety support for discovery and scale-up campaigns
- To ensure maintenance and smooth running of process safety equipment's to eliminate delays in data generation.
- Ensure transportation safety of chemical substances by adhering to internal guidelines
- Proper and adequate reporting to all stake holders
- Problem solving: - ability to analyze complex and diverse problem situations creatively leading to the generation and implementation of original solutions
- Literature and data-base searching and the ability to collect, collate and interpret complex information.
Add on tasks/requirements for experienced candidates -
- Familiar with thermodynamic & kinetic simulations related to reaction safety
- Familiar with Gaseous and high-pressure reactions from a process safety perspective
Qualification:
- Postgraduate in chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of process safety in relation to chemical reactions and kinetics
- Interpersonal skills for managing internal/ external project communication
