we are hiring for EHS Sr. Executives

Experience – 4 to 8 years

work location – Nacharm

 

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ensure that all labs follow safety SOPs. Highlight deviations if any to lab leaders.
2. Conducting training as per the training calendar / schedule and maintaining such records.
3. Continuous monitoring of all aspects related to ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 at the facility
4. Issue work permits by taking safety measures (statutory related).
5. Inspections and monitoring of work premises to ensure safe working conditions
6. Ensure proper maintenance /upkeep of common effluent treatment plant (STP).
7. Ensure quenching activities are carried out appropriately.
8. Ensure disposal of solid waste to authorized agencies and maintaining such records
9. Follow up of client observations w.r.t.to EHS.
10. Follow up with SCM for procurement of PPE and other EHS related materials
11. Timely servicing of safety and emergency equipment
12. Adherence to the statutory requirements
13. Maintain MIS, incident records, training records and safety equipment maintenance records
14. Ensure periodical update of ELCM tool.
15. SOTs, daily corrective actions follow up
16. Effluent timely disposal as per statutory norms
17. Biomedical waste disposal as per the norms
18. Fire safety and emergency equipment maintenances.
19. PPE adherence monitoring
20. Support to all internal stake holders during emergencies
21. Training on OSEP, Tool box talks, spill kits, Antidotes etc.

 

Ensure adherence to safety at work

Follow safety and quality systems in the plant.
Maintenance and usage of equipment/instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms
