Job Highlights
- Excellent knowledge on plant & process safety.
- Should lead a team for HAZOP’s study & implementation of actions on the outcome
- Should have sound knowledge on system like management of change procedure, job safety analysis , work permit system, P & ID management, start-up procedure, cause & effect matrix & incident reporting system
- Should have knowledge on explosion protection document, hazard area classifications, storage of chemicals, dangerous goods management, chemical compatibility matrix, reporting of near hits & safety dialogue.
- Should have knowledge on different methodoligies for root casue analysis.
- Ensuring 100 % compliance with respect on compliance check audit, EHS audit & other necessary audits.
- Preparation of safety dashboard, HSE training calendar & reporting KPA data to HSE management team.
- Conduct monthly HSE meetings, training to plant team, schedule internal audits & plant safety inspections.
- Knowledgeable on process improvement, energy reduction, cost saving initiatives, modifications & projects.
- Support on mock drill activities & table top exercise.
- Know how on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & related documentation.
Requirement :
- B. E / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from reputed institute.
- 5-10 years of experience in chemical / petrochemical industries.
- Good communication, presentation & anallytical skills.
