Urgent requirement for Injectable Production Department (Operators & Officers)


Qualification:


For Officers: B.Pharma, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry)


For Operators: B.Sc (chemistry), Diploma & ITI


Experience : 1 – 5 years


Technical Skills:


Sterile Injectable exposure in Compounding, Filling, Sealing, Washing & Line Management, QMS.


Job Specification for Operators:


Filling operators for Vials and Pre filled syringes.

Washing operators for Vial washing and Ampoule washing

Sealing machine operators


Knowledge about Sterilizers (like autoclave, DHS)

Knowledge about Terminal sterilized products.


Job Specification for Officers:


To monitor the production activities with respect to Production Schedules.

To pre inspect the blocks before audits (Internal and external).

To give & shape specific instructions receive from Manager (Production).


Handling of Production activities i.e. aseptic processing, manufacturing and autoclaving and relevant equipment’s and instruments as per Standard Operation Procedures by following cGMP guidelines.


Online Documentation activities. & cGMP pertaining to housekeeping, safety and Hygiene.

Effectively to follow BMR, BPR, SOP, GMP, Good documentation practices.


Note: Only Production Injectable experience candidates are allowed to attend the interview
