Zydus Biologics Interview For Production/ Engineering Dept 

WALK – IN INTERVIEW for Plant Operator/FTEs in Production and Plant Operator in Engineering on 03rd January 2021,  Sunday  at Zydus Biologics, Biotech Park Ahmedabad

For Plant Operator / FTE  Production, candidate must be H.SC / ITI / Diploma with 2 to 4 years’ experience in below mentioned positions:

Autoclave Operator: Responsible for operating equipment’s such as Autoclaves, Lyophiliser, Process vessels. He should able to have a maintenance activity along with equipment operation.

FTE: Responsible for cleaning activities of glassware, SS pressure vessels etc. Responsible for solution preparation and filling of GMP documents. Should be able to read and write in English.

For Engineering, candidate must be ITI / Diploma with 4 to 7 years’ experience in below mentioned positions:

Utility Operator: Responsible for Operation of Water cooled chiller, cooling tower, pumps, and air compressor, kill tank. Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Utility equipment like chiller, cooling tower, pumps, air compressor.  To perform cleaning of Utility equipment.

HVAC Operator: Responsible for cleaning of HVAC equipment & filter, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Air handling units, LAFS, UDFs, RLAFs, to maintain differential pressure across clean rooms as per defined limits and to monitor and control temperature and relative humidity of clean rooms.

Water System Operator: Responsible for Operation of Bore well, Softener, RO plant, Purified water generation and distribution system, WFI generation and distribution system, pure steam generation and distribution system, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Water system equipment. To perform daily chemical treatment for water system with consumption record and to perform cleaning of water system equipment.

Electrical Operator: Responsible for preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of DG sets, LT panels, HT panel, Transformer and other electrical switchgears.

For all the above positions, it is essential for candidates to have basic knowledge of filling GMP Documentation.
