Exp- 7-10 Yrs
Job Responsibility
1. To follows the current GLP and cGMP in the laboratory.
2. To ensure adequate training is imparted in all concerned, analyst validation and training record
3. To prepare and check all STPs/SOPs/Specification and protocol for testing and Validation.
4. To planning/prepare and review of analytical method validation protocol and analytical method validation report.
5. To coordinate with ADL personnel for analytical method validation activity.
6. To ensure all the instrument are qualified and calibrated as per defined frequency.
7. To achieve all executed documents and submit in regulatory market.
8. Perform and monitor the calibration of Instrument.
9. Review of reports for Raw Material, Packing Material, bulk chemical products, semi-finished and finished product and Stability Study samples analytical raw data and Logbooks.
10.Review / Approve of packing and raw material report
11.To ensure the inventory of laboratory chemicals, standards and glassware
12.To conduct out of specification and OOT investigation
13. To ensure housekeeping and laboratory discipline.
14. To manage manpower as per the requirement
15. Ensure the implementation and compliance with cGMP.
16. Ensure compliance with data integrity.
