Planning production schedules to ensure a smooth manufacturing process.
Creating, handling and closure of manufacturing orders.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and SAP system.
Monitor actual delivery vs plan delivery from suppliers.
Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
Forecasting inventory, analysis of RM/PM/Consumables requirement.
Developing, applying and managing cross-functional.
Forecasting long-term material requirements to facilitate the purchase and delivery of all materials for manufacturing.
Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand
