Greetings from Naprod,
We are looking Male candidate for SCM Executive at our Tarapur plant.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals API/Exepients as well as experienced with Packing materials, Engineering materials for factory requirements.
New Vendor Development of both RM/PM by searching vendor through web and get approved by QC on basis of COA’s, TDS, DMF and samples, New Vendor Master Creation along with their documentation.
If required visit vendors factory as per management requirement for evaluation.
Job Description:
1. Taking RM requirement reports against the Indent raised from the plant through ERP and discuss with HOD
2. Taking RM rates from the suppliers along with their pack size, payment terms, lead-time and update same in RM rates approval sheet in ERP.
3. Making comparison sheet through the ERP system and take final negotiated rates as per our costing.
4. Discuss and take approval from HOD against the RM rates.
5. Making P.O against the approved rates and send it to the respective suppliers.
6. Follow up with suppliers for Performa Invoice if any PDC or Advance payment as per the payment terms.
7. Making EDD (Expected Delivery Sheet) and follow up
