Job Description

200+! That’s the size of the team supporting Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HE&OR) and Pricing and Market Access (PMA) across NGSC’s. We are a trusted and solution oriented business partner to all Novartis divisions enabling patients to get the best access to Novartis products

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepares and coordinates for HE & OR documents as assigned

• Performs quality control (QC) checking / proof reading of assigned projects (for a franchise) to meet customer expectations. Peer review projects in assigned franchise.

• Manages assigned individual projects. Coordinates for assigned Franchise level projects of local team.

• Obtains feedback from customers.

• Conducts training for new joiners

• Complies with and support group’s project management tool, standards, policies and initiatives.

• Follows Novartis specifications for documentation, specifically Novstyle, templates etc.

• Follows and tracks clinical trial milestones for assigned projects.

• Maintains records for all assigned projects including archiving.

• Maintains audit, SOP and training compliance

Minimum requirements

Desirable requirements: 
• M.Sc./M.Pharm / MPH+ 2 years of CR (HEOR / eq.) experience. Excellent written and oral English.

• Desired – Doctoral degree, Qualification in Medical Sciences (MBBS/MD/equivalent)

• Excellent data retrieval, interpretation and critical analysis skills.

• Good commercial awareness and basic strategic business insight.
