Education- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical


Designation: Shift Leader(formulations Unit)


Experience: 3 to 4 year(s) of Experience


Job Location: Ankleshwar


Purpose:


The position will be responsible for ensuring shift activities of formulation plant, at Unit 3, Ankleshwar.


Key Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient Shift Management in terms of Productivity, Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery and Morale. Ensure the implementation of Macro and micro plan.


Communicate production plan to operators and execute plan prepared by Plant In-charge.


To ensure RM & PM stock and inform plant-in charge, reconcile RM & PM and inform store, on the requirement.


Monitor Plan Vs Actual of the shift, inform plant In-charge regarding abnormality, provide data as per plant in-charge requirement.


To Check log sheets and inform Operators related issues regarding batch failure and to execute reprocessing instructions received from Plant In charge.


To participate in RCA as per required


To Identify source of leakage spillage, collect spilled material & take action for mitigation as per SHE guideline.


Ensure SAP transactions for shift wise output, quality intimations and breakdown notifications.


Handover the charge of shift to the next shift In-charge, communicate plant status to plant In-charge at every shift end & production data communication to plant In-charge.


All the work should be done in accordance with the TQM guidelines.
