Job Description:-
Responsible for technology transfer/process scale up and managing pilot plant facility with day to day activities.
Adhere to companys safety norms and ensuring pilot plant team to follow the same.
Evaluate process safety data requirements and co-ordination with safety team to generate the safety data. Evaluation of safety data and implementation of same during scale up activities.
Generate mass balance and material balance. Should have good knowledge of chemical reaction engineering, heat transfer and mass transfer operation.
Evaluating suitable equipment to perform scale up activities.
Effective utilization of equipments to increase the productivity and equipment occupancy.
Co-ordinate with all cross functional team to ensure smooth technology transfer.
Provide innovative solution to resolve scale up challenges/problems. Investigation and Troubleshooting the plant/process.
Preparation of SOPs and keeping up to date with relevant documents such as equipment maintenance, batch record, pilot plant report etc.
