 Job Description: We have requirement for the post of Production Operator (FBC/ Coating Pan) – API ,Chemist – R&D,Trainee / Junior Chemist – Production (API) in Metrochem API (P) Ltd 

Trainee / Junior Chemist – Production (API)

Job Responsibilities –

• To follow cGMP ,safety norms and adhere with company policy
•  Indenting the materials as per standard batch size and counter checking of the quantities before consumption/use
•  Coordination with quality control, warehouse, floor level monitoring, execution of records where necessary
•  Maintaining good housekeeping in the work premises
•  The safety of the operations in the company as well instructions to maintenance department to attend breakdown maintenance and preventive maintenance
•  Maintaining the quality of the product at all stages of manufacturing
•  Handling of manufacturing reactions
•  Maintaining of all the records concerned to production department
•  Execution of online recording, Maintaining all records till the retention period
•  Raising breakdown intimations
•  Any other assignment related to manufacturing allocated by the department head.

Job Responsibilities

• To follow cGMP, safety norms and adhere with company policy
• Receive of SOP’S and follow the current SOP’S in working area
• Investigating calibration failures /failures between preventive maintenances and taking necessary corrective actions
• Ensure that all equipments and ancillary systems are calibrated and details are recorded
•  Ensure that the new /modified facilities and equipment are qualified
• Ensure uninterrupted utilities supply
• Coating pan operator
• FBC operator
