Job Title – Senior Executive/ Executive IT (Pharma Sector Only)

Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Installation and maintenance of computerized systems that include software, hardware, instruments, equipments, accessories and servers.

2. Management of user accounts related to computerized systems.

3. Preparation of SOP for computerized systems and software related to IT.

4. Periodically audit the computerized systems, instruments, software connected to system to ensure proper use.

5. Ensure backup of users data, mails, server data and software data related to instruments.

6. Support and supervise third party installation and maintenance of computerized systems that include software, hardware, instruments, equipment and accessories.

7. Maintenance and monitoring of Analytical software such as Lab solution, Empower, etc.

8. Maintenance and monitoring of servers, routers, switches, networking equipment, LAN / WAN / MPLS / Firewall / Storage / UPS / Backup, leased line and Cyberoam VPN connection.
