Role: HR - Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion
Qualification: MBA in HR or Masters in Psychology/ Sociology
Experience:
Strong experience of at least 4 to 8 years in HR including experience in OD/ Employee Engagement/ Diversity & Inclusion//Learning and Development/ Talent Management. Knowledge of current best practices and trends in Employee Engagement and D&I. Capability to understand business requirements and design relevant interventions.
