A) Recruitment
To prepare advertisements, sourcing,
shortlisting candidates, scheduling &
conducting interviews together with the
Hiring Manager.
B) On Boarding To handle on boarding and induction program for employees.
C) Employer Branding
To plan and oversee the company's social media presence on the selected platforms.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource / Business Admin / Office Management or equivalent.
. 3-4 years experience in Human Resource specifically in handling recruitment, onboarding and employer branding.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
