Asst.Manager / Manager - EHS (APIs)

Candidates should be Post Graduate in Environment Science & Diploma in safety with minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in APIs Pharmaceuticals.


Job Responsibilities:

Safety

→ EHS Inspection and Audits, Training and Development

→ Conducting and Reviewing Hazop and Risk Assessment

→ Compliance of - Factory Act & State Factory Rule. SMPV Rule, Explosive Acts, Petroleum Handling. Transport & Storage Rules, Gas Cylinder Rules etc.

→ Implement Effectively Corporate EHS Programs / Guidelines Environment

→ Water & Waste Management, Operation and Maintenance of ETP

→ Pollution load calculation stream segregation and their treatment in order to meet zero discharge norms.

* Compliance with statutory regulation MOEF pollution control board,Ensuring the timely air / Water consent ensuring compliance. → Analysis and monitoring level of air noise and water pollution and initiating need-base measures.

Health

→ Statutory Medical examination and tests → Industrial Hygiene Monitoring, Work Place monitoring

> Reporting and investigation of industrial occupational diseases.

→ Ensure Compliance of pertaining to: First Aid Training & Treatment Fire

To create awareness on fire prevention practices and prevention to the employees

→ Identify the hazards, causes of fire and recommended appropriate actions.

Install design,test, inspection and maintained fire pump/hydrant system, Fire alarm system, Fire extinguisher/Tender/ Trolley, Emergency and rescue Equipment etc.

EHS Legal & Statutory compliance, renewal of licence, coordination with government officials.
