Job Description.

1. Proven work experience as a Recruiter in Pharma sector (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

2. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

3. Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

4. Should be well-versed with Recruiting Software, Applicant Tracking CRM’s

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
