Job description
What you’ll do
Completion of assigned projects as per timelines
Adhering to process SOP
Timely completion of documentation
Adhering to safety risk compliance
Execution of all process related activities
To train the people in process
Ensure proper documentation and 24/7 audit readiness
Savings against allocated costs
Quality of work execution
External and internal customer management
Knowledge about industry, current trends, new
developments
Vendor relations
To carry out the production and fill finish activities of plasma proteins
Actual production operations as per SOP adhering to GMP Managing plasma protein manufacturing process
Managing upstream and down stream processing of plasma products
To carry out fill finish activities in Plant-1 and Plant-4B
Executing production as per production plans
Preparation of facility for Internal/External audits.
Preparation of BMRs Support to validation group to carry out routine validation Process units SOPs
Co-ordinate with QC for in process and final product testing
Supervising safety related activities
Co-ordination with various departments for regular maintenance, cleanliness and environmental monitoring of the critical area
Carrying out activities related to Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management as per SOP
Awareness/Knowledge on the consequences of not following Standard Operating Procedures related to Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management
Online documentation of BMR
Submission of BMR to Plant Head/QA
Adherence to GMP and safety practices
Educational Qualifications :
Graduate in Science (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbilology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy)
Desirable : Post Graduate in above.
Necessary : 2 + years in Sterile manufacturing
Graduation / Post Graduation
5-8 years of relevant experience
