1) Neuland Laboratories Limited, We are hiring for Production chemist candidates having experience of minimum 3 Years in API industry for Neuland Unt – 3, Kazipally location.

Walk-ins API Production Shift- Chemist at Neuland Laboratories Limited

Department: Production

Designation: Shift Chemist

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining various parameters during process as per batch production and control record (BPCR)

2. Responsible for the maintenance of production records and other activities.

3. Preparation of Validation Batch Production Record, Protocol, Process Flow and Reports.

4. Following process and cleaning validations.

5. Maintaining Good Housekeeping in production area as well as in clean room.

6. To prepare the production planning schedule as per the requirement. To know & up date Day to day production details.

7. To prepare the production Batch changing and cleaning the Equipment as for Batch cleaning Record (BCR).

2) We are hiring Male candidates for Production Documentation having experience of minimum 3Years in API industry for Neuland Unt – 3, Kazipally location.

Production – Documentation – Male only

Department: Production

Designation: Documentation

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Roles & Responsibility:

Updating of Documentation related works as per SOP and cGMP Guide lines.

BPR’s checking as per cGMP guidelines.

Documents indent and receiving the raw materials from ware house.

To follow the daily wise preventive maintenance schedule.

Maintaining BPRS, Equipment Logbooks, Cleaning records

Handling of manpower assigning and supervising the work as per production planning and targets.

Maintain co-ordination with supporting departments like ESD, ware house, SHE, QC,QA.

To execute Batches Everyday as per the production planning schedule.

Actively involved in validation batches.

To maintain good housekeeping in and around the concerned production area.

Monitoring and controlling process parameters during production activities from batch.

Well verse in OOS, OOT, CAPA and Change controls.

3 )  We are hiring for Quality Control chemist candidates having experience of minimum 3Years in API industry for Neuland Unt – 3, Kazipally location.

QC Chemist

Department: Quality Control

Designation: Chemist

Experience: 3 to 5 yrs

Job description:

Well Verse in Empower-3 software/ Lab Solution Software

Review the Analytical Documents and Checking System audit trials in empower.

Experience in compliance team for Auditing of inter unit of related departments.

Performing the Analysis of Raw materials, Intermediates, in – process materials & finished products.

Preparation & maintenance of Standard solutions & Indicator solutions.

Perform the stability study Analysis as per monthly scheduled & Maintain Related stability Chambers

Preparation of SOP’s and STP.

Calibrations of instruments according to their respective schedules.
