Job responsibilities

Prepare PFD, PID, mapping, material and energy balance for process.

Capacity enhancement by de- bottlenecking, time cycle reduction, increasing yield and batch size.

Scale up process from R&D to large scale production.

Support production, SRP and project team.

Cost reduction, energy saving and waste reduction.

Prepare basic and detail engineering including all pharmaceutical equipment sizing and selection.

To manage system project from concept design scheme evolution, capex and URS rising for Greenfield as well as brownfield.

Should knowledge of Hazop, risk assessment, powder safety, JSA and what if study.

Superior knowledge of all unit operation like crystallization, agitation etc.
