Roles and Responsibilities
To carry out literature search for agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and intermediates and compile the report.

2. To assist the team leader in identifying non infringing route of synthesis for agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals and intermediates
To perform laboratory experiments in the laboratory and document the results.

4. To work in the team for process optimization and process validation.

5. To assist the team leader in preparing technology, transfer documents.

6. To perform scale-up and pilot plant batches.

7. To transfer the technology for commercial manufacture

Roles and Responsibilities:
# For assigned Purchase Requisition floating enquiry to vendors

# Follow up for obtaining offers from vendor.

# Co-ordinate with user for Technical clearance if required

# Preparation of recommendation for approval as required in ordering.

# Preparation of Purchase Orders in SAP/ERP system.

# Release of Purchase order to vendor after approval and do necessary follow ups for delivery.

# Co-ordination with Vendor/Stores / User for GRN processing if required.

# Preparation of Payment Advice & processing to A/cs for advance as applicable.

# Co-ordination with all concerned including A/c for Bill Processing if required.

# Completing jobs assigned by seniors in absence of co-workers within the given timeline viz. Follow up and other co-ordination activities with Internal / External customers including making Purchase Order in system etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
Prefered from Agrochemical, Chemical & Pharma industries.
Having exposure to CAPEX procurement.

*Daily Receive Issue Ledgers/Registers.

*Daily Material Receive-Issue report.

*Monthly Stock Statements.
Making GRN, Material Issue entry in SAP.
Maintaining all material as per minimum Quantity.
Responsible for store and inventory management.
Receive the bill along with material item.
Prepare material receipt note as per the bill.
Make the entries in respective incoming registers.
Hand over the material along with the respective documents to store personnel.
Verify whether all other required documents/test reports, as mentioned in the respective purchase order, are accompanied with the bill.
• Record the shortage/excess of quantities in the material receipt note.
Prepare the monthly reconciliation statements.
Prepare the Comparative statement & Purchase Orders
