Opportunity Exposure across various functions in field Management in a Pharma Company.
An opportunity to work closely with the management team of the sales functions and to gather inputs to learn newer aspects in pharma super specialty and specialty areas.
Key Responsibilities
• Leading overall sales responsibility for assigned territory.
Establish value of company products & services, execute plans, deliver on commitments for patients.
Territory Planning and Business generation
Primary Sales, Secondary Sales and Brand Promotion
Customer Engagement and Relationship
Manage
distributor network
Participate in Strategy Execution review meetings
Experience Minimum 0-2 years of experience with exposure in similar segment of customers and prod-uct.
THEARPY AREA AND OPEN VACANCY LOCATION:
1. Critical Care and Emergency Medicine —
Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Trivandrum ,Bangalore, Kolkata, Raipur, Jabalpur, Chandigarh, Goa, Mangalore, Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Ahmednagar, Jabalpur, Goa.
2. Gynecology —
Madhuri, Siliguri, Rajkot, Agra, Kurnool, Mumbai, Dehradun, Agartala, Nashik
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. Total compliance with company policies.
2. Implement company strategies successfully.
3. Achieve rupee wise & product wise assigned targets.
4. Effectively & economically cover the territory through regular visits, to promote companys products.
5.Make right selection of Doctors and Chemists to prepare effective MSL as per companys guidelines
Field work for at least 23 working days in a month.
7. To meet minimum 12 listed Doctors, 6 Chemists each day.
8. Make judicious and effective use of promotional materials / samples.
9. Assist seniors in organizing briefings, Doctors seminars & other assignments.
10. Share reports on time and regular updating in the e-reporting software.
11. Provide feedback on movement of our and competitors products and their activities.
12. Maintain cordial relations with all the customers.
13. Keep high standard in appearance, attitude and behavior to build companys image.
14. Co-operate with seniors in personal appraisals at regular intervals.
15. Abide by work norms applicable and maintain high level of discipline and assessment.
16. Effective Stockiest Management: To collect stock & sales statement from stockiest, to procure orders from stockiest as per sales & stock statement & forwarding to CFA/C & F.
17. Ensure availability of adequate stock of companys products with all the stockiest & chemists by placing necessary orders in time.
18. Timely follow up with stockiest for collection of pending payments.
19. To strictly adhere to work plans.
