Job Title: Jr. F&D Officer
Experience required: 2– 4 Yrs in semisolid
Qualification: M. Pharm
Job Description:
1. To do literature and patent search of projects.
2. To take development trials along with stability batches of projects as per Good laboratory Practices.
3. To discuss the findings of the trials with Senior and compile the data of various trials.
4. To do RLD characterization along with its report.
5. To forward the development samples to Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) for analysis and discuss the analytical data.
6. To prepare the documents like BOM, MFR, stability protocol, PDR, excipient compatibility study protocol, photostability study protocol and corresponding reports.
7. To assist to do IQ, OQ and PQ of equipment with corresponding reports.
8. To do/assist the technology transfer of the product with site along with any trouble shooting of existing products and prepare technology transfer report.
9. To perform balance / In process equipment calibration and monitor preventive maintenance activity for all equipment and instrument in lab.
