Job Description

Preferably ITI & Diploma mechanical candidates

on API

• Candidate must have good exposure Fermentation (Bio-Tech) experience

• Experience on Trouble shooting of utilities and Processes mechanical equipment's

• Documents to comply as per the site quality procedures and compliance of API Fermentation Processes

Mechanical Equipment's. • Preparation of DQ, IQ, OQ, protocols...

• Preparation of BOQ's asper P&ID's and Indenting of Material.

• Attending and maintaining of PMP activities as per

schedules.

 Attending Break down activities.

Checking and Listing down the Spares required as per Minimum spares requirement.

• Ensure the Requirements /Principles of cGMP, CGEP and CGDP are adhered during the execution of activities. Initiating the safety work permits as per requirements.

• Implementation of the all safety precautions to avoid the hazards.

• Must have good writing and communication skills
