– Experience in handling a BSE/NSE listed Company.

– Meeting Stock Exchange/SEBI/ROC Compliances.

– Holding Board and Committee Meetings.

– Interacting with directors and shareholders.

– Holding AGMs and other Shareholders meetings.

– Handling Investors Complaints.

– Ability to working in a group & good inter-personal skills.
