Roles & Responsibilties :
Understanding & Demo of Process from R&D.
*Preliminary Conceptualization for Commercial Scale.
*Identify Potential Process, Scaleup & Engineering Issues in Process & work with CFTs for its resolution through What-If and Negative Experiments.
*Identifying potential Process Safety Issues based on Calorimetry Study reports and work with CFTs for its resolution through Engineering Recommendations, Negative Studies.
*Literature study relevant to Process/Engineering Concept.
*Observations, Compilation, Data Interpretation and Recommendations for Process Development Studies with various CFTs.
*Preparation of Tech Transfer Report
*Preparation of BEP for Pilot Campaign / Piloting.
*Coordination with Pilot & Safety for Setup Modification, HAZOP, Commissioning and Startup.
*Coordination with Pilot Team for Execution & Supervision of Production/Validation Batches.
*Coordination with CFTs for Campaign Closure / Dispatch Activities.
