Lead Engineer Technology Transfer I
Bhiwadi | 5 - 8 Years of Experience

Roles & Responsibilties :
Interaction with chemists and design engineers to understand the objective and then further Design the experiments to achieve the goal
Responsible for process understanding and scale-up assessment from laboratory to plant scale
Identifying and assessing the hazards related to the process based on safety data generated & suggest minimizing or mitigating the risks which may arise during scale up
Thorough analysis of experimental data to make conclusion & further recommendations for implementation at commercial scale
To assure safe execution of experiments at Process Engg. Lab
Arrange to ensure the reduction in downtime for Critical Lab equipment.
Preparation/Review of Engg. Lab. Report for scale up studies with proficiency

Experience
5 - 8 Years

Experience of designing & execution of experiments to generate scale-up & safety data for different unit process & unit operation.
Experience in handling of scaleup equipment’s like ALR, Parallel Synthesizer, FBRM etc.
Experience in handling of safety equipment’s like RC1e / DSC / ARC etc, performing studies & data interpretation from system generated reports.
Experience of working for flow chemistry is an additional advantage
Experience of working in plant is an additional advantage

Qualification
B.Tech/B.E. In Chemical

Key Skills
Fundamental theoretical and practical understanding of Chemical Engineering with respect to Scaleup & Process Safety
Understanding of Scale up/down data generation for different unit Process/Operation
Understanding of Process Safety Data report to draw inferences and suggest recommendations
Have hands on experience with Flow Reaction & Process Intensification
On Behavioural front able to take ownership and manage/lead team
