Job Requirements
● MSc/Bsc or Btech/Mtech in cosmetic chemistry, cosmetic technology or pharmaceuticals
● Current knowledge of materials, processes and technology applied in personal
care/cosmetics industry
● One or more years of experience in Research and Development of personal care/cosmetics
products.
● Candidates must have good analytical knowledge.
● Ability to work with team members in a supportive way which encourages team building
and confidence with individual members.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet inflexible deadlines.
● Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills; critical thinking skills.
● Prepares written reports weekly and monthly.
● Ability to design experiments, analyze and interpret data, and document conclusions.
Job Description:
● Develops and implements research and development procedures and techniques.
● Oversees complex products, analyses results and provides recommendations based on
findings.
● Assesses the scope of research projects and ensures they are on time and within budget.
● Typically reports to a senior unit/Manager.
● Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved
budgets.
