Manpower Planning & Forecasting, Evolving Job Descriptions, Sourcing, Screening, Planning, Conducting
Interviews, Background Checks, Timely Closure of Manpower Targets as per Budgeted Numbers.
Follow TAT.
Monitoring & Implementing of Effective Sourcing Channels like Campus Recruitments, Internal Job Posting & Employee Referral Schemes.
To design job description of every position and restructure the entire organization to optimize the requirement.
Responsible for entire recruitment cycle starting from planning up to the joining of an individual from trainee to Top level position.
Maintaining Database of CVs, Short-listing Of Resumes.
Scheduling interviews
Knowledge of ATS system
Continues & timely follow up with candidates to HODs.
