Productivity
1.1 As per PTF , make day wise/weekly wise production plan, Inform to PI/SI for the plan, Circulate the soft copy to planner and seniors
1.2 Discuss with Seniors & QA person, Isolate failure batch, Implementation of cottection action with MOC, Do CAPA with QA person and submit report, Closing NCR in SAP
1.3 To resolve breakdowns in minimum time, Inform seniors, Make alternate arrangements, Guide PI/SI - for procedure, if in odd hours - coordinate with Eng. Team & resolve issue in person, Issue permit, do Entry & closing of SAP notification, to do CAPA with Eng. Team
1.4 Monitor BCT of bottleneck stages, Make action plans and discuss with seniors
1.5 To Prepare action plan to overcome changes & meet targets, Reschedule RM/PM, Seeking help from technical dept. & seniors
1.6 To Plan for rework in godown as per requirement, like lebelling, sealing, attending leakage
1.7 To Monitor the out put per shift. If any deviation discussion with PI/SI for action plan
1.8 To Monitor RM & PM stock in Physical/SAP on daily basis. Frequent follow up with planner for RM/PM items availability..
1.9 To minimise Change over time, Conduct SMED with help of Maxpro+ team
1.10 To conduct performance and safety dialog,keep record and data entry
1.11 Take General plant rounds 2 times in day and filling checklist, Guide PI/SI for any abnormality to correct, Plant round with Seniors / Induction
1.12 Provide all the production data and communicate abnormalities & critical issues (if any) to HOD
1.13 To make a detailed activity barchart and duscussing with HOD. Brain storming with plant team for improvements ideas
1.14 For batch cycle time reduction, Conduct trial in Lab, Make SOP, Validate process, Raise MOC and execution for first 10 batches, Energy / Material balance, if required
1.15 For rework minimisation , Carry out RCA for any failure & compliance of CAPA. Close monitoring of critical parameter affecting quality daily basis
1.16 Carry out performance dialogue in every shift. Implementation of suggestions. Nomination for Gifts for best PD ideas. Carry out second level PD with UTT at weekly basis

Quality
2.1 Ensure on time receipt of results for SFG & FG, for any deviation resolve the problem
2.2 To Check logsheets and inform Operators related issues regarding batch failure and to execute reprocessing instructions received from Plant Incharge
2.3 To do logsheet checking,followup with operator for section,DCS operation , process parameter monitoring
2.4 To participate in RCA as and when required
To ensure best quality products are produced without any batch failure "
Safety
3.1 Inspect received material & Confirm potential severity, Inform to Safety & ERT & Maintenace dept., Start mitigation with personal supervision
3.2 Carry out PSSR with safety team & HOD. Compliance of point raised in PSSR
3.3 Raise MOC, Carry out PHA with PHA team & Safety, following up with other departments for conformation. Carry out PSSR & ensure its compliance with HOD & safety head. Provide support during errection & piping. Self supervision during commisioning trials.Training to concerned operating staff
3.4 To Conduct Safety Talk in shifts
3.5 Plan for non routine work, PM and issuning all permits , Carry out Tool Box Talk on the respective work area before starting work, Continuous supervision during maintenance work, Closing of permit after completion of work and keeping record. Issuing permit for height, hot work and vessel entry. Be present during work extension after 5.30 pm
3.6 issue cold work,eletrical log out tag out
3.7 make available PPE to operator and contract labour and ensure uses,also insure ppe inspection

Housekeeping
4.1 Monitoring and Action paln regarding Leakage and Spillage, Review to avoid recurrance if minor, guide PI/SI and if major carring mitigation activity in person
4.2 Preparing One Point lessons, KAIZEN, Before After Photos, Activity board updation
4.3 To allocate area to contract labour for housekeeping
4.4 To Fill the checklist for availability of housekeeping tool, ensure HK stand maintenance and daily cleaning as per schedule
4.5 Daily monitoring of Choiki and Choisute. Daily housekeeping as per 5S house keeping schedule. Elemination of Mudas
To ensure best houskeeping as per standards of 5S"
Manpower Management
5.1 Transfer idle manpower to required section / plant. During emergency, manpower allocation.
5.2 Guide PI & SI - to run plant with less manpower safely, Discuss with personal dept. & Seniors for alternate solutions regarding absenteeism
5.3 Imparting training for new activities.Checking the effectivenes of the training during activity
5.4 in case of contract labor problem co-ordination with personnel dept, HOD, contract labor supervisor
5.5 Training to Plant Employees in different subjects
5.6 prepare Skill matrix to downline employees & identified the Gap & train them to bridge it
5.7 Recognition & Reward to good performer
To manage manpower and ensure efficeint work from them"
Other Jobs
6.1 To Coordinate with U3 through planner to get availability of IBC for filling MCP formulated FG, Coordiantion with other unit to get consumable items, if shortage, Coordination with other unit for specific equipment FBD
6.2 Ensure Complince of legatrix tasks in time by collecting various data sheet from supporting dept and closing in online
6.3 Do Production planning as per PTF for by product ,Planning schedule to be made with concern person,Frequent coordination for timely lifting, Improving By-product quality in line with Value realisation plan.

6.7 Raise MOC, Planning & Execution to install or commissioning, Take trials & handover to PI/SI
6.8 Meeting with Instrument dept. / Project, Explore the possibilities, Review and approval from seniors, Make action plan, Raise & Prepare capex, Raise MOC, Planning & Execution to install or commissioning, Take trials & handover to PI/SI
6.9 Daily monitoring of SAP entry for JW production
6.10 Ensure stack monitoring by third party and government authority as per schedule
6.11 Documentation, carry out JCC, operational excellence audit, liquid /solid packing system audit, visual display audit, P & ID updation as per audit recommendation. Accompany with technical auditors and ensure the compliance of all the audit outcomes
6.12 introduce new SOP by the procedure of MOC. Incorporate SOP in QMS & IMS documents. Imparting training to down line & compliance of trianing documents"
